Free shipping on orders over €120.00. Shipping costs may vary depending on the destination country.
Shipping times in Spain (in calendar days)Express delivery within 24-48 working hours in Spain. Shipping costs are included in all prices.
If the order is placed after 12:00 noon, the customer will receive it within 24 working hours, that is, the next day.

Important note for shipments outside Spain: KANNABY will not be responsible for customs costs as indicated in our policies and terms of service. If an order is held in customs, it will be the customer who makes the decision to pay the amount requested by customs or pay the amount of return to the point of origin. If you find yourself in a similar case, please write to us at customerservice@kannaby.es and we will help you deal with the situation in the most beneficial way possible for the customer.

Returns and Refunds Policy
If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your item. Please note that this guarantee only applies to products purchased on the kannaby.com website and that shipping is limited to Spain. Please help us improve by explaining the reason for your return. We greatly appreciate it.
We do not exchange returned products, but you can get a full refund of your initial order if the return period is respected and you comply with the following guideline:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the products to us if you are not satisfied with them. All returns are refunded through the same payment method as the original order.
If you received a FREE product or GIFT with your order, you must include it in your return in order to receive a full refund. However, you may keep any samples you received with your order - they are yours to keep, enjoy!
Products returned more than 30 days after the delivery date cannot be refunded.
Defective or incorrect products
In case of defective or incorrect products, you can return them for a refund or contact our customer service.
Please send an email to customerservice@kannaby.es. After receiving a response, you must complete the electronic return form available in the “ Shipping and Returns ” section and attach it to the corresponding order in its original packaging. Help us improve by explaining the reason for your return. We greatly appreciate it.
